We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to our sales organization. This role is critical to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, CRM data maintenance, and inventory tracking
Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Assist in contract reviews and documentation
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals
Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Assist in developing sales forecasts and contribute to the preparation of annual sales budgets
Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other departments
Provide ongoing support to sales representatives in the use of CRM and sales enablement tools
Conduct or coordinate training sessions for the sales team
Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Support the sales team in developing targeted strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales support or customer service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM platforms, and other sales tools preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for sales growth
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
Understanding of Technologent’s product and service offerings a plus
Candidates must have proven industry experience and have previously held similar roles with an IT Reseller, Distributor, or Manufacturer
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related function
Nice to have:
Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM platforms, and other sales tools
Understanding of Technologent’s product and service offerings
