The Sales Support Representative is an experienced quoting and rebating professional who works collaboratively across the Quoting & Rebating Operations (QRO) organization and closely with Sales and Business Operations teams. The role is centered on cross‑functional partnership, supporting complex, non‑standard pricing and rebate activities while ensuring alignment with pricing policies and operational controls.
Job Responsibility:
Support complex and non‑standard quoting, rebating, and MeetComp requests, ensuring alignment with pricing policies
Review and validate pricing structures, discount application, and rebate logic to ensure accuracy and compliance
Act as a subject‑matter expert for complex cases and edge scenarios
Partner with Sales & Distribution partners to support pre-pricing activities
Participate in process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support adoption of new AI tools, workflows, and governance models introduced by QRO, BMO, or RBO teams
Provide practical feedback from day‑to‑day operations to help improve processes and controls
Act as a trusted operational partner to Sales, Distributor, Deal Desk, and Business Operations teams
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across regions and functions
Balance commercial needs with governance, compliance, and long‑term operational integrity
Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in sales support, quoting, pricing, rebating, or sales operations
Solid understanding of pricing governance, discount structures, and rebate programs
Experience working with CRM and pricing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Model N)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
