We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Sales Support Representative to support our sales team in managing electronic connector accounts. This role requires someone who can balance multiple priorities, maintain strong relationships with over 100 customers, and ensure smooth order processing and communication.
Job Responsibility:
Support sales by managing coding, pricing approvals, registration in systems, shipments, and general customer correspondence
Build and maintain strong, personable connections with a large customer base (100+ accounts)
Own territory responsibilities and serve as primary support for an assigned sales manager
Collaborate effectively with a 3-person team in a positive, team-oriented environment
Manage email correspondence and light phone communication efficiently
Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems (SAP, Keytone, Excel, O365)
Requirements:
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process adherence
Tenured or experienced in customer service or sales support roles
Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems (SAP, Keytone, Excel intermediate, O365)
