Sales Support Representative

• Handle customer phone calls as needed
• Quote customer orders using Sukup office software
• Handle key accounts customer service, orders, and inquiries
• Site layouts and quoting Material Handling product
• Attend trade shows, customer events and dealer meetings as needed
• Attend Sales wing meetings every other Thursday
• Contact dealers concerning orders to verify the order specifications, obtain prepayments, and document accordingly
• Other duties as required

• High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
• strong customer service skills
