As a Sales Support Representative, you'll be at the forefront of vendor and client relationships, driving program participation and overall business success. You'll provide critical support to our sales initiatives by maintaining positive connections with strategic vendors, resolving concerns, and ensuring campaigns are completed on time. The ideal candidate possesses keen attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Initiate and manage vendor outreach to encourage participation in programs
Maintain and prioritize the vendor queue to ensure efficiency and time-sensitive campaign completion
Serve as a liaison between vendors and clients to resolve payment issues or negotiate terms effectively
Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a detail oriented and friendly tone
Overcome objections by proposing alternative payment options and program benefits
Accurately input vendor and client data into internal databases, ensuring data quality and consistency
Share enrollment and campaign status updates with clients, sales teams, and project management teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
Transfer vendor inquiries to appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring seamless communication
Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, including navigating customer databases while solving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support overall business needs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (minimum required)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook)
experience with CRM (Verde) tools is a plus
1+ years of high-volume call handling
Experience in sales, telesales, or sales support is strongly preferred
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and time management skills necessary to manage multiple priorities effectively
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service acumen
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or French are highly valued but not required.
