Sales support representative (CZ)

• Manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders, with communication primarily in English
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain and update product price lists
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within ERP and CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across warehouses, sales, product management, and production
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of internal processes

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Previous experience in customer support and order processing, with an understanding of invoicing and logistics processes
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to address both routine and more complex issues
• Good command of English and Czech
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in supporting others
