The Sales Support Manager owns the full sales lifecycle—from prospect engagement and opportunity development through estimating, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing. This role is directly responsible for generating revenue while ensuring accuracy, operational alignment, and seamless client experience.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities
Own and manage the full sales cycle through closing
Prepare accurate proposals, budgetary guidelines, and formal estimates based on project scope
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
Use Salesforce and comparable CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop conceptual and production-ready budgets
Partner cross-functionally with production, project management, and leadership to ensure alignment between sold scope and execution
Maintain pricing benchmarks, estimating records, and sales documentation
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or sales support roles with direct closing responsibility
Hands-on experience using Salesforce and/or comparable CRM platforms
Proven ability to manage pipeline and close deals
Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Nice to have:
Experience in experiential marketing, fabrication, or agency environments is a plus
