Job Description

Sales Support & Installations Administrator - Cardiff / Hybrid - This is a temporary position with the opportunity of becoming permanent. Are you organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join a dynamic team supporting equipment sales and installations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and process Direct Send orders from start to finish
  • Retrieve critical documents from emails, send to customers, and update opportunity files
  • Contact customers for payments and process transactions in JDE
  • Handle returns cases, collections, and order spare parts
  • Manage the sales support case queue and send relevant communications to customers
  • Support the team with additional administrative tasks to ensure installations run efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Strong record-keeping and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working across multiple IT systems
