Job Description

Joining HPE in a graduate role within Sales Support is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive, and analytical individual to build a strong foundation in sales operations, reporting, and data analysis. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team that plays a critical role in supporting our sales organization and driving strategic decision-making through data. Throughout the graduate program, you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the tools needed to grow, develop, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support team members in making business critical decisions effecting both strategy and pricing
  • Support with analysis of services contracts data and creation of reports
  • Assist in the running of a sales collateral portal, ensuring teams have the relevant information to sell HPE services
  • Actively provide support for sales/business contracts
  • Track contract deadlines assuring all deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025 with a focus in business administration, data analysis, economics, or related
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Slovak
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and have working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical and planning skills
  • Interest in developing a career in sales
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
