The Sales Support Executive works closely with the German co-founders to support their business development initiatives. This role focuses on executing assigned sales-related tasks, such as building target account lists, gathering market data, and maintaining documentation. It is a non-client-facing, execution-driven position with no commission scheme.
Job Responsibility:
Prospecting Support: Research and compile target account lists based on given criteria
Identify and verify decision-makers’ contact information
Maintain clean and organized data in spreadsheets or CRM systems
Sales Channel Support: Assist with bidding portal management
Support co-founders in managing leads
Coordination & Reporting: Track progress of outreach lists and pipeline activities
Prepare simple progress or summary reports
Maintain shared folders, templates, and records of sales documentation
Administrative Assistance: Support document formatting, file management, and translation tasks (EN ↔ DE)
Help with other assigned administrative or research tasks related to business development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
Strong research and data management skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
Good English communication skills (German is a plus but not mandatory)
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable in following instructions
Basic understanding of sales or marketing processes is an advantage
Comfortable working with remote teams and multiple time zones.
