Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Identify and act on opportunities to be nominated for new projects
Support Account Sales Managers in achieving sales targets
Prepare accurate, competitive, and technically sound quotations
Ensure tenders are submitted on time to meet customer deadlines
Follow up on quotations to maximise win rates
Proactively reach out to existing clients to generate new opportunities
Identify discrepancies in projects and advise clients early
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales Director on new leads
Maintain accurate customer records, sales files, and documentation
Manage workload effectively to maximise productivity
Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Relevant sales/customer service skills
Strong educational background - degree level or equivalent
Technical curiosity with willingness to learn
Ability to understand basic technical documentation
