Job Responsibility:
Maintain, update, and organize customer and supplier documentation, certifications, and specifications
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents, following established procedures
Support audits and compliance checks through effective record management
Provide timely and professional support to sales and customer service teams
Assist with quotes, product information, order details, and customer documentation needs
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal partners
Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and sales teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing of documentation and customer requests
Help identify gaps in information and proactively seek solutions
Handle shifting priorities and multiple tasks without losing focus or accuracy
Stay composed when faced with urgent requests or incomplete information
Adapt to process changes, updated requirements, and new systems as needed
