Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support/ Customer Service Specialist to join our manufacturing client in Fort Worth, Texas on a 90-day project. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between our customers, sales representatives, and internal operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processing of orders and quotes. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and manage electronic quote files with precision and accuracy
  • Organize and maintain all correspondence related to quotes and active projects in the appropriate databases and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acting as the main point of contact between sales representatives, customers, and internal teams
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other systems proficiently to handle administrative tasks and support operations
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a meticulous approach
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines
  • Prepare detailed quotes and ensure accuracy before submission
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry and document management
  • Support inside sales efforts by assisting with administrative and customer service tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other business systems
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure
