Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality customer service and proactively seek feedback
Handle customer inquiries through emails and phone calls
Create, manage, and distribute quotations to support the sales team
Process and review customer orders, keeping key strategic clients updated
Generate delivery documents and coordinate with logistics partners to meet deadlines
Address expedition requests and resolve any delays
Regularly assess inventory levels and ensure stock availability aligns with forecasts
Attend meetings with sales managers to gain insights into projects and customer forecasts
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Achieve quality standards and KPI targets for continual improvement
Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing and archiving
Requirements:
Experience within a customer services role
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all tasks
A confident, proactive attitude towards customers and suppliers
Proficiency in IT skills, ideally in Oracle and SAP
