In this role, the candidate will gain valuable, hands-on experience managing spare parts for PepsiCo equipment installed in the field, an essential function to ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of our assets in the market. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our RPA tool as needed to ensure consistency and efficiency within the process and generate and validate the purchase orders exceptions that are not automatically created by the tool. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of end-to-end parts management, including procurement processes and system transactions. Job Responsibility:
Maintain, monitor, and update the RPA tool as needed to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes
Support the development and enhancement of automation tools to optimize operations and manage exception purchase orders not generated automatically by the system
Efficiently process purchase orders for spare parts to ensure timely and accurate procurement in alignment with business needs and vendor lead times
Ensure timely and accurate closure of invoices in the system, coordinating with coordinators and Sr. Analyst to match goods received with billed amounts
Identify and resolve issues such as delivery mismatches, missing items, or incorrect pricing
Generate backorders, credit notes, and debit adjustments as needed
Ensure the effective payment of the tariffs.
Requirements:
Fluent English: Written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PPT...)
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and/or programming languages or automation tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle delivery discrepancies and follow up proactively
Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities
Interest in continuous improvement and willingness to participate in cross-functional projects.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of programming is a plus, but not a requirement.
