Job Description:

In this 1 year contract role, you will provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to the sales and business development team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and update monthly fund performance reports and presentation factsheets for client meetings
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from internal stakeholders for prospect materials and formal proposals
  • Manage and maintain accurate client information within the CRM database and oversee marketing collateral
  • Facilitate administrative logistics, including internal meeting coordination and travel arrangements for the team
  • Support regulatory and compliance processes, including documentation submissions and KYC due diligence screenings

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or client servicing role, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (pivot table and vlookup) and PowerPoint skills
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
