Job Responsibility:
Providing operational support to sales teams and managing end-to-end import processes
Processing sales orders, monitoring stock availability, and tracking deliveries
Managing import operations primarily via air and road freight
Coordinating international import shipments sent from global headquarters through logistics partners, and managing domestic transportation to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Managing customer relationships and working closely with sales teams
Reporting directly to the Back Office Coordinator
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in sales support, back office, especially in import operations
Advanced level of English
