Our client is a well-established global industrial automation company known for its high-quality, precision-driven solutions and strong international footprint

Job Responsibility

  • Providing operational support to sales teams and managing end-to-end import processes
  • Processing sales orders, monitoring stock availability, and tracking deliveries
  • Managing import operations primarily via air and road freight
  • Coordinating international import shipments sent from global headquarters through logistics partners, and managing domestic transportation to ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Managing customer relationships and working closely with sales teams
  • Reporting directly to the Back Office Coordinator

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales support, back office, especially in import operations
  • Advanced level of English
  • Highly operational, detail-oriented professionals seeking a long-term career path
  • Strong communication skills.
