The Sales Support & Fulfilment Officer (Service & Bridge Solutions) is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of passive sales orders – from quote generation to delivery coordination and documentation. The role requires direct interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer experience. This position also plays a key role in identifying stock needs and supporting the procurement process.
Job Responsibility:
Receive and respond to requests for quote (RFQ) for passive equipment sales
Obtain supplier prices, prepare quotes, and liaise with customers
Coordinate and obtain freight quotations and align with customer preferences
Generate proformas, invoices, packing lists, and internal documentation
Coordinate with the Logistics & Inventory Officer for final shipment
Monitor stock availability and propose minimum stock levels for approval
Raise purchase requests in coordination with Senior Business Services Officer
Maintain updated records in relevant internal systems
Collaborate with Sales, ISS, and Finance teams to ensure alignment
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the English Language
