Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with Brookfield, WI area located client in the recruiting for a talented and detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst to work collaboratively with sales teams to drive and manage new business development. This role will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing supporting the midwest region sales force. This professional will play a key role in ensuring seamless sales processes, pulling and analyzing sales activity for leadership and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, analytical expertise, and a strong understanding of sales operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and organize the workflow of the new business sales team to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement effective sales programs
  • Review, draft, and manage contracts associated with the services offered by the organization
  • Develop and refine business proposals to support the sales team's objectives
  • Assist sales individuals with developing sales presentations
  • Identify and address operational challenges and proposing solutions
  • Assist VP of Sales with setting objectives, assigning tasks, and monitor team activity
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize CRM systems and tools like Microsoft Power BI to track and report on business metrics
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies across all sales support functions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales support, sales administration, business development, or marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Power BI
  • Solid understanding of KPI reporting and performance activity reporting
  • Ability to create business proposals and powerpoint presentations effectively
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address operational challenges and propose solutions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across various teams
