Job Responsibility:
Support the sales team in the daily management of clients and new business opportunities
Handle and process inquiries from Account Managers, external partners, and retail branches
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Onboarding, Technical Support) to resolve client issues efficiently
Follow up on all pending tasks and requests until successful completion
Assist in the collection and analysis of sales data and reporting
Maintain high standards of service for both customers and business partners
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Sales Support, Back Office, or Customer Service role
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a strong customer-centric approach and attention to detail
University or College degree (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
