We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Sales Support Advisor to join our Conveyancing Sales team at Simplify in Southport. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our sales function—supporting colleagues, assisting clients, managing essential documentation, and helping ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information across the business. Job Responsibility:
Support the sales team by managing incoming client enquiries and providing initial information about our conveyancing services
Accurately input, update, and maintain client data within internal systems
Work closely with the conveyancing team to gather essential documentation to support client interactions
Handle basic client queries and direct more complex questions to the relevant specialists
Communicate client information—particularly quote details—clearly to internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Maintain well‑organised records of all client interactions and transactions
Contribute to departmental goals as part of a collaborative and driven sales team
Complete any other duties as directed by the Sales Team Leader
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Customer‑focused approach with a passion for delivering great service
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams
Flexible and adaptable approach in a busy, evolving environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the conveyancing or property sector
Understanding of basic legal terminology
