Job Responsibility:
Generate & review reports
Support data entry into Salesforce and compliance on Salesforce processes
Run daily sales reports
Customer analysis and review
Provide depot support
Dealing with customers by phone and email
New account processing
Enquiry and prospect qualifying
Support a team of sales executives
Processing account applications
Generating contract agreements
Requirements:
Previous experience with customer interaction is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Approachable and enthusiastic
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Can work discretely with sensitive and confidential information
Strong IT skills are essential particularly with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
