Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate records, coordinate sales-related activities, support client communication, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation, reporting, and correspondence
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer and sales data in CRM and internal systems
  • Assist with order processing, quotes, contracts, and other sales documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities for sales representatives
  • Track sales activity, prepare reports, and help monitor pipeline updates
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to sales support functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of requests and accurate information flow
  • Maintain organized records, files, and sales materials
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
