We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate records, coordinate sales-related activities, support client communication, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation, reporting, and correspondence
Enter, update, and maintain customer and sales data in CRM and internal systems
Assist with order processing, quotes, contracts, and other sales documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities for sales representatives
Track sales activity, prepare reports, and help monitor pipeline updates
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to sales support functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of requests and accurate information flow
Maintain organized records, files, and sales materials
Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
