Job Description:

Our client, a leader in aeronautics, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic Service Sales Team. The role involves supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks, data and system administration, and preparing maintenance proposals.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to support the International region
Provide essential administrative assistance to the Sales Team
Conduct data and system administration, ensuring smooth operations for RSMs and Proposal Administrators
Prepare Maintenance Proposals using the Maximo System
Analyse customer work scopes against Maintenance Planning Documents (iMPD / MPD)
Revise proposals based on the latest customer work orders
Expedite work proposals and follow up with RSMs as needed
Provide data support to other departments upon request

Requirements:

A keen interest in the aviation sector
Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 software suite and a quick adaptability to new programmes
A meticulous attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
Initiative and the ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a Sales and/or Marketing environment (preferred)
A degree in a relevant field (preferred)
