Sales Support Administrator

• Lead configuration build‑outs to support customer quotes and booked orders
• Develop accurate and timely order bookings within CRM and ERP systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth opportunity‑to‑order execution
• Build and maintain shipment tracking and order status visibility for internal stakeholders
• Support ad‑hoc and recurring reporting related to bookings, backlog, and shipments
• Partner with BU managers and Sales Enablement leadership to validate data accuracy and resolve execution issues
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across sales and order management systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to support order processing, configuration management, and sales execution activities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and highly organized with a problem‑solving mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams

Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high‑tech manufacturing environments is a plus
