Job Responsibility:
Process orders
Monitor inventory
Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
Be the expert for customers regarding pricing, availability, and order status
Support the sales team with accurate data entry and collaborative teamwork
Bridge the gap between Sales, Production, and RMA to ensure timely delivery and repairs
Take ownership of the order process, from initial entry to handling returns (RMA)
Requirements:
1-2 years of industry experience is preferred
High school diploma
Strong focus on detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the MS Office suite
CRM knowledge is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment
