We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our fun, collaborative, and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and creative problem solver who thrives on improving processes, delivering accuracy, and driving efficiency across all areas of sales support. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations — managing CRM data, coordinating prospect communication, supporting live calls and presentations, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales and operations. You’ll also maintain and refine our Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage task workflows within Jira, our system for process and task management. Experience in eCommerce and Amazon sales is required for this position.
