Job Description:

Sales & Supply Support Specialist role at IKEA focusing on logistics IT systems, product availability, stock control, and supporting commercial teams with sales implementation and inventory management.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor in-store Logistics IT-systems in realizing optimal stock control
Focus on order parameters, product ordering and availability checks
Secure and maintain product availability
Work with commercial team to minimise impact of availability issues on customers
Support store commercial team to ensure smooth selling-off of products and implementation of sales plans
Maintain articles in the system
Provide advice for Sales team concerning range, stock level and optimal use of sales space
Ensure accurate stock administration (incoming goods, follow up and analysis of inventory and internal transactions)
Stay informed about Store and department priorities
Review improvement suggestions regularly with team

Requirements:

Bachelor degree/ Master degree
