Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Sales, the Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Manager analyzes market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive data to develop and deploy commercial strategies aligned with Vegpro’s growth objectives
Job Responsibility:
Make clear and actionable pricing & promotion strategy recommendations
Design and implement price-pack architecture
Conduct channel margin analysis across retail and other sales channels to identify optimization opportunities
Perform volume forecasting and cannibalization analysis to support strategic decision-making
Model portfolio impact and P&L scenarios to evaluate pricing and investment decisions
Lead the development of our assortment and merchandising tactics
Lead the new product presentations with support from the commercial team
Lead commercial annual planning activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
More than five (5) years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management or sales strategies
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Nielsen, Excel and visualization platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders
Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced and evolving environments
