Job Description:

Drive the operational engine behind Eftsure’s U.S. growth. Shape processes, systems and insights that empower our sales teams to scale with confidence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and refine lead management processes to ensure accurate and timely allocation
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to drive strategic and tactical decisions
  • Deliver forecasting, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Administer and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tooling (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
  • Troubleshoot operational issues before they affect the team
  • Organize data and generate customer and prospect insights to support pipeline generation
  • Deliver training and ensure adoption of sales processes and systems
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Australian GTM Operations teams to align execution

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or GTM Ops roles
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM and sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-scaling environment
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to build scalable, effective GTM systems
