Job Responsibility:
Manage and refine lead management processes to ensure accurate and timely allocation
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to drive strategic and tactical decisions
Deliver forecasting, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility
Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization
Administer and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tooling (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
Troubleshoot operational issues before they affect the team
Organize data and generate customer and prospect insights to support pipeline generation
Deliver training and ensure adoption of sales processes and systems
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Australian GTM Operations teams to align execution
Requirements:
Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or GTM Ops roles
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with CRM and sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools)
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-scaling environment
A proactive mindset and a desire to build scalable, effective GTM systems
