Job Description

As a Sales Strategy Enablement Apprentice, you will support commercial deal development by collaborating with customers and internal teams to create value-driven proposals. Help coordinate stakeholders, align account plans, and structure scalable deals that benefit both the customer and Microsoft. Builds foundational customer relationships, applies best practices, and ensures compliance with licensing, regulatory, and company policies. Contributes to risk-aware decision-making and supports negotiation planning.

Job Responsibility

  • Deal Development: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support deal development, helping translate business requirements into structured proposals that drive measurable outcomes
  • Product & Market Learning: Build a strong understanding of Microsoft solutions, licensing basics, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to contribute ideas and recommendations in deal discussions
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and account teams to align on customer priorities, ensuring smooth coordination and effective execution of commercial plans
  • Compliance & Governance: Follow company policies, licensing guidelines, and regulatory requirements, proactively seeking guidance to ensure deals are compliant

Requirements

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Economics, Math, or related field
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to support sales strategy enablement and business analysis activities
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated tech passion or curiosity about digital tools, data platforms, or AI
  • Academic or project experience in analytics, data interpretation, or reporting
