Job Responsibility:
Own the design and execution of distribution strategy
Define and govern execution frameworks
Lead business case development and investment decisions
Drive data-driven decision making
Drive cross-functional execution and transformation
Alignment of sales and distribution channels with Vodafone’s strategic objectives
Establishment and effectiveness of governance frameworks
Achievement of functional strategic targets
Requirements:
Solid fintech and digital payments background
Deep distribution and channel management experience
Strategic thinking and planning expertise
Data-driven mindset and commercial analytics capability
Strong financial acumen
Proven experience in Strategy and Commercial Planning functions
Solid background in Telecom or FMCG distribution functions, with understanding of sales channels, go-to-market models, and commercial dynamics
Strong fintech exposure, including digital payments, wallets and financial services integration within commercial and sales propositions
Demonstrated financial planning & analysis expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and business case evaluation
