  • Solid fintech and digital payments background
  • Deep distribution and channel management experience
  • Strategic thinking and planning expertise
  • Data-driven mindset and commercial analytics capability
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven experience in Strategy and Commercial Planning functions
  • Solid background in Telecom or FMCG distribution functions, with understanding of sales channels, go-to-market models, and commercial dynamics
  • Strong fintech exposure, including digital payments, wallets and financial services integration within commercial and sales propositions
  • Demonstrated financial planning & analysis expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and business case evaluation
