Job Responsibility:

  • Support a multi-year sales process as a strategic business partner to Regional Sales Lead
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year pipeline and robust strategy to optimize the positioning of Aetna’s products and services to exceed National Account growth objectives
  • Assess the competitive environment and collaborate to define and execute sales strategies to exceed targets
  • Maintain and update prospect specific pipeline and strategy
  • Support prospecting and target marketing strategies
  • Execute of Aetna’s response to a RFP including defining strategy, qualitative and quantitative responses, finalist preparation, and participation in finalist
  • Support administrative requirements for collaboration with these partners including CRM entry, reporting, form submissions, and analysis of key components of qualitative and quantitative dynamics of region and targeted prospective clients

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Healthcare sales experience preferably working with large National Accounts
  • Sales Strategy Experience
  • Expected ability to travel - 10%

Nice to have:

  • Health and Life License in state of residence
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience working as an Account Manager within healthcare and large National Accounts
