You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in which you can define, manage and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives and develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.
Job Responsibility:
Support data and business analysis to develop business plans
Support the development of statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting
Measure business performance and compare actual data to forecasted values
Execute market research projects and gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends
Prepare comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities
Act as a liaison between sales, support organization, sales management, sales strategy & planning, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business needs
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree prior to the start date in either 2024 or 2025 with a focus on Business, Management, Data Science, Economics or related degree
Up to 12 months of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. French would be advantageous
Knowledge of research and project management methodologies
Analytical thinker with technical analysis and data manipulation skills
Highly proficient in Excel, Access, Power BI
Strong statistical analysis and financial modelling knowledge
Decomposition of high-level information into details
Applying creativity to solving complex problems
Building relationships and working collaboratively
Being flexible and dynamic based on the changing priorities and business requirements
Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
