Job Description:

This role has been designed as 'Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. The job involves supporting sales teams with commit coverage, top deals, data quality, leading indicators, and services orders forecast.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine tasks in support of sales processing
  • Enter and check data for completeness in electronic and paper sales processing and documentation systems
  • Identify incomplete sales orders and route to senior staffers team leaders for resolution
  • Generate standard reports, documents, and dashboard information refreshes
  • Implement changes and updates to reports, forms and processes as directed

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program related to Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong Excel Knowledge
  • Power BI knowledge is nice to have
  • Proficient with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software packages
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
