Job Description:

As part of the Sales Strategy and Operations Strategic Planning team, you’ll be at the core of driving the insights and strategy that fuel our Sales team’s success. This role is an ideal launchpad for anyone eager to learn how a fast-scaling business operates. As a key contributor, you’ll engage in a variety of high-impact projects—taking ideas from concept to implementation—while collaborating cross-functionally with teams across sales, finance, product, and operations to ensure smooth and scalable growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct ongoing and ad hoc strategic analysis to set plans and targets
  • Build and manage headcount models, sales forecasts, quota projections, and resource plans
  • Lead daily communications with cross-functional teams
  • Dive into quota performance and sales data to deliver actionable insights

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or a startup
  • Strong academic background from a leading university
  • High-impact, self-starting attitude
  • Raw smarts

  • SQL / Tableau / Looker a plus
