As part of the Sales Strategy and Operations Strategic Planning team, you’ll be at the core of driving the insights and strategy that fuel our Sales team’s success. Job Responsibility:
Conduct ongoing and ad hoc strategic analysis to set plans and targets
Build and manage headcount models, sales forecasts, quota projections, and resource plans
Lead daily communications with cross-functional teams
Dive into quota performance and sales data to deliver actionable insights
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or a startup
Strong academic background from a leading university
High-impact, self-starting attitude
Raw smarts
Advanced modeling skills
Excel proficiency required
SQL / Tableau / Looker a plus
Strong analytical skills
