In this dynamic airport environment, you will: Deliver outstanding, personalised service that reflects the Fortnum & Mason brand Share product knowledge confidently, supporting customers with recommendations and queries Maintain beautifully presented sales areas with strong attention to detail Receive, unpack, and organise deliveries efficiently in line with operational needs Support stock control, replenishment, rotation, and ticketing Ensure product availability while maintaining impeccable standards Assist with visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines Process transactions accurately using the till system Work collaboratively with your team to create a warm, welcoming environment Ensure all activities comply with health & safety and food safety requirements What We Are Looking For: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Interest in luxury retail, fine food, and premium products Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport setting Comfortable working both on the shop floor and in the stockroom Strong communication skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Previous retail experience is preferred Please note: Appointment is subject to satisfactory references and pre-employment checks (5 years) Due to the security requirements of working at Heathrow Airport, additional screening will be required If you’re passionate about service, people, and the world of Fortnum & Mason, we’d love to hear from you.
