Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eight consecutive year, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. This role will focus on identifying and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibility:
Establish UNOX presence and driving sales activities in the designated geography (Chile)
Implement a business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence in the region, to create growth in sales and profitability
Selling professional ovens to all levels of any organization
Close sales by building rapport with potential account
explaining product and service capabilities
overcoming objections
Penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners (Distributors) in the territory
Organize and conduct marketing events such as exhibitions, product presentations, cooking demos at distributors’ place
Organize and conduct after sales training (Top Training) sessions for customers, following UNOX standards, focusing on post-sales support, including installation, maintenance, and product operation
Manage and coordinate technical support as needed
Be responsible for sales / financial outcome of the designed region
Set objectives and monitor performance of each market, product, dealer in the designed territory
Be responsible for administrative processes and link among Headquarter and dealers and distributors
Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Requirements:
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from planning to closing—supported by hands-on cooking demonstrations of the equipment
Strong technical understanding of high-end, innovative ovens and equipment, and their underlying technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Up to 5 years of experience in the HoReCa sector or in a sales role
Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time to maintain a strong market presence
