Up to date knowledge of trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication to gain insight to a more appealing product presentation for customers in our retail environment. Good knowledge of the retail omni channel environment and online customer behaviors, especially for the local Market. Strong collaboration skills for multifunctional work to get all stakeholders on board.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strongly specialized in kitchen consulting with across the home furnishing accessories knowledge
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure integration and common focus with store tactical operation
  • Train/coach the store coworker based on core kitchen knowledge about range, concept, guidelines and identified best practices
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure customers are provided with a positive shopping experience
  • Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve kitchen planning and performance moving forward
