We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist responsible for converting leads generated through the reseller network into active clients by conducting proactive telephone outreach and guiding prospects throughout the onboarding process until final activation. The role focuses on lead conversion, client onboarding support, and promoting fintech solutions designed for merchants, particularly services related to accepting electronic payments through POS terminals. This position functions as part of a commercial inside sales team, with a strong focus on closing opportunities, reducing onboarding abandonment, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the activation process.
Job Responsibility:
Contact reseller-generated leads through proactive outbound calls
Qualify prospects and identify their business needs related to payment solutions
Present and promote POS terminals and electronic payment services for merchants
Guide clients step-by-step through the onboarding platform, including: company details
administrator information
business locations
Provide support for uploading required documents such as: Company Registration Certificate
Articles of Incorporation
Bank statements
Assist clients in completing the video identification process
Perform systematic follow-ups to ensure completion of the onboarding process and activation of services
Handle client objections and provide solutions to facilitate the decision-making process
Reactivate abandoned leads and encourage onboarding completion
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the company’s product portfolio
Communicate commercial campaigns and offers to reseller partners
Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in CRM systems
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or commercial call center environments
Proven ability to convert leads into active customers and successfully close sales opportunities
Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or telecommunications is considered an advantage
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities simultaneously
Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital onboarding platforms
