Job Description:

This is a specialist position focused on managing add-on activities to meet customer needs, maximize sales, and ensure proper merchandising. The role involves using IKEA tools and strategies to improve the shopping experience and driving profitability within specific add-on spaces.

Job Responsibility:

Managing, monitoring, and executing proper merchandising
Following up on add-on results weekly and identifying action points
Providing training to the Sales Team as a FIXA Super User
Implementing launch vitality planning using the add-on
Aligning with the commercial calendar for seasonality
Working closely with the Commercial team to enhance customers' shopping experience
Supporting and driving sales through marketing and in-store activities
Handling range changes effectively
Developing cooperation with other functions

Requirements:

Passion for selling, reaching goals, and getting the best for IKEA customers
IKEA values accurately reflect your own values, understand competitors and local market
Right attitude and behaviour to actively sell and support customers
Strong understanding of customer behaviour
Understanding and active use of the Selling the IKEA way and Pricing the IKEA way manuals
Ability to make things happen by championing flexibility, speed, and simplicity

Ability to lead business through people by demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
Good communicator who speaks to co-workers and customers in a friendly manner
