Sales Specialist

• Engage prospective customers through daily outreach (about 60+ phone calls) to recommend tailored business solutions from Uline’s 43,000+ high-quality products
• Document new client information using Uline's CRM software
• Create new customer accounts and identify key purchasing contacts
• Set up appointments for prospects to meet with Uline's Monterrey Sales team

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms a plus
• Strong listening and empathy skills
• 2+ years outbound sales call center experience
• Industrial products experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
