Job Responsibility:
Report to the Regional Sales Manager
Strategize and execute promotional events, collaborating with UNOX partners
Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with potential clients
Conduct product familiarization training for end users
Plan and execute training courses for dealers, wholesalers, or other UNOX partners, focusing on post-sales service aspects (installation, maintenance, operating UNOX products, etc.)
Manage and coordinate technical support when required
Explore and cultivate sales opportunities within the designated territory
Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to finalizing deals, and cultivate lasting partnerships through effective networking
Generate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information using the company CRM system
Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor information, providing regular feedback to management
Participate in various regional and national trade shows
Enhance and cultivate UNOX brand awareness through various channels, including social media platforms.
Requirements:
Essential academic background in culinary or baking
Knowledge and experience working in kitchen with friendly and outgoing personality will be highly considered
English knowledge
Demonstrates robust communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in establishing connections with professionals across various organizational hierarchies
Possesses outstanding organizational abilities
Demonstrates proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation
Up to 5 years of experience in the sales industry, preferably within the food, beverage, or equipment supply sectors
Frequent travel, accounting for approximately 50% of the time, to maintain a consistent market presence.
