Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist – Private Enterprise Accounts to join our Danish sales organization. In this role, you will assume full ownership of a designated portfolio of enterprise accounts. In addition, you will collaborate closely with an Account Manager on strategic, high‑potential accounts, serving as the subject‑matter expert for HPE Networking solutions. Your expertise will be integral in guiding complex opportunities, shaping account strategy, and supporting the progression of key engagements from initial qualification through to successful closure.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage dedicated enterprise accounts in the Danish private sector, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers
  • Identify new opportunities and develop existing ones to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with customers by understanding their industry-specific needs and business priorities
  • Position HPE Networking solutions competitively to support customer retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to anticipate customer needs and deliver the right solutions
  • Stay informed about competitor activity within your accounts to ensure strong positioning of HPE Networking technologies
  • Maintain close relationships with our partner ecosystem to drive joint business and uncover new opportunities
  • Meet or exceed your assigned sales quota

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry (Networking, Security, Datacenter, etc.)
  • A self-driven mindset BUT Strong team player and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • A high level of accountability and focus on achieving results

  • Native or fluent Danish and business-fluent English
