Sales Specialist II - University Banking

• Drive retail household growth within an assigned portfolio by leveraging strategic engagement and relationship-building initiatives
• Focus on contract schools to meet and exceed production expectations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams within higher education divisions
• Identify and source engagement opportunities throughout the academic year to create impactful on-site experiences for retail branch teams
• Strategically identify and pursue prospects within targeted schools to maximize profitability and account acquisition
• Build and strengthen internal and external ecosystems by creating partnerships
• Promote financial wellness by developing and delivering educational opportunities

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
