You will manage sales within the Digital Solution and Connectivity business and contribute to generate new business. Job Responsibility
Achieve sales, financial, and customer targets
Plan, implement, and review sales operating plans
Build and foster long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Proactively identify and follow up on business opportunities
Ensure customer needs are wholly met
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Support, Customer Service and other internal teams
Capture and maintain relevant sales and customer data
Develop commercial proposals and submit prices to distributors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Nursing, Medicine, Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent experience
Solid background in sales in the medical device sector
Exposure to digital and connectivity within a hospital environment
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to influence others
Collaborative
Customer-focused
Good communication in English and Arabic
Driving license
Availability to travel across the Middle East region 40% of the time
