Job Description:

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead your territory: Develop new business and maintain existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Engage with key stakeholders: Build trust with hospital pharmacy teams, clinicians, and nurse unit managers
  • Educate and empower: Provide in-servicing and product knowledge for Baxter Infusor/Intermate devices
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Key Account Managers to implement growth strategies
  • Stay connected: Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely reporting
  • Represent Baxter: Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and special interest group meetings

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years prior experience within Commercial / Sales / Account management experience is desirable
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex tenders and present technical information confidently
  • Familiarity with key account management principles, value-added selling techniques, and healthcare environments
  • Demonstrate strong capability in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Science, Management or related fields

  • Ensuring the production pipeline fill by ordering stock vehicles, both for central compounds as well as regional compounds based on recommended configurations (ConRecOrd Templates)
  • Constantly monitoring the order/production pipeline and in case of disturbances managing the incident by identifying & evaluating the problem, deriving measures and coordinating the communication with the relevant process partners
  • Regular exchange with the relevant central interfaces and market based sales functions
  • Central contact for dealer queries that could not be answered and clarified by First Level Support
  • Identifying new system requirements and taking responsibility to forward process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner
  • Participation in setting up the ordering team and all associated activities during the initial setup phase of the new BMW/MINI sales model
