Job Responsibility
Identifying needs and reaching out to companies seeking recruitment support (with particular emphasis on the IT/modern technologies sector)
Mapping the market, monitoring demand for vacancies among potential clients and offering agency services
Managing the full sales process - from first contact (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling e.g. on LinkedIn), through assessing HR needs, to preparing offers and commercial negotiations
Ensuring a high standard of service for acquired clients and developing cooperation (cross-selling and up-selling)
Cooperation with the recruitment department
Analyzing trends in the HR and IT industry to quickly respond to new business opportunities
Requirements
Min. 2 years of experience in B2B sales of professional services
Experience in independently acquiring clients
Knowledge of the specifics of the recruitment industry or the IT market (Basic familiarity with cooperation models such as Success Fee, Contracting)
Ease in conducting conversations with decision-makers (HR Directors, CTOs, Board, Owners)
Ability to organize own work, determination to close sales processes and result orientation
Good command of English enabling smooth business conversations with foreign clients
Knowledge of tools supporting sales
Nice to have
Experience in a recruitment agency, consulting firm, software house, or in selling SaaS/IT services is welcome
