Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Sales Specialist to manage and expand our specialized automotive equipment line. This role is specifically designed for technical professionals who have a deep understanding of the workshop environment and are ready to transition into a strategic commercial role. You will be responsible for driving growth across Malaysia and Brunei, acting as a trusted advisor to workshop owners and service center managers.
Job Responsibility
Drive the sales and market penetration of specialized tire equipment, including wheel balancers and alignment machines, as a primary priority
Manage a comprehensive portfolio of automotive service equipment such as diagnostic tools, lifting systems, and professional hand tools
Identify and penetrate new car workshops, independent service centers, and authorized distributors to build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct hands-on site visits and technical demonstrations to showcase how our premium equipment optimizes workshop efficiency and safety
Provide consultative after-sales support to ensure equipment is performing to the highest standard and to maintain long-term client loyalty
Collaborate closely with service and operations teams to manage the end-to-end delivery and installation process for clients
Requirements
Extensive experience within the automotive workshop environment, particularly in aftersales, spare parts, or equipment servicing
Minimum of 3 years in a technical sales or aftersales support role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Deep understanding of car workshop operations and the ability to speak the language of technicians and business owners
Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct technical discussions and product demos with confidence
