Job Description

The Sales Specialist – AI Solutions will be instrumental in driving the growth of NTT DATA's AI business. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or solution consulting, with a strong understanding of AI/ML ecosystems and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. The candidate will work closely with Account Managers to identify and develop AI opportunities, translating customer challenges into actionable use cases. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is mandatory. Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in enterprise sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting
  • experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • proven ability to identify and develop opportunities in customer accounts
  • solid understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI ecosystems, Agentic AI and automation concepts, data platforms and modern data architectures, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • ability to engage credibly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • strong discovery and qualification skills
  • ability to translate customer challenges into structured use cases
  • experience supporting PoC/PoV initiatives and progressing deals
  • comfort working in collaborative sales environments
  • ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way
  • confidence engaging with both operational teams and executives
  • strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • fluent in English, French, and Dutch (Flemish)
